- 3+ years of recruitment experience in the IT industry,
- Able to identify and select resumes of potential candidates for various vacancies,
- Experience using current recruitment and social media tools,
- Drive for results, extremely organized with the ability to manage deadlines,
- Strong written, presentation/verbal, and negotiation skills.
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting,
- Direct search of IT talents in: frontend and backend devs, QA, Project and Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, etc; using different sourcing tools and channels (databases, job boards, social media platforms etc.),
- Collaborate with teams in deep understanding requirements to candidates,
- Identifying, screening and interviewing (phone/Skype/personal) candidates,
- New candidates onboarding process.
