    Requiremenets:

    • At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 3+ developers;
    • Be a flexible and enthusiastic person who can focus on the tasks of the team;
    • Be a good listener and not be afraid to share your opinion, ready to manage the flows and processes in your team and customize them;
    • 5+ years experience in PHP;
    • Understanding of the principles of MVC, SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI;
    • Experience with popular frameworks ( Symfony, Laravel or Yii );
    • Experience in working with PostgreSQL or MySQL, database design and optimization.

    Will be a plus:

    • Experience in working with HTML5, JavaScript, VueJS, NodeJS, Websockets;
    • Experience with PHP 7.0 and higher;
    • Extensive experience with RabbitMQ.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leadig a team of 5-7 PHP developers;
    • Be responsible for a positive microclimate in the team;
    • Share knowledge with less experienced colleagues;
    • Facilitate and motivate team members for professional and personal growth;
    • Define and prioritize the technical roadmap;
    • API integration with payment systems;
    • API integration with game content providers;
    • Email / sms messenging algorithms.
